Maple and Balsamic Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup amber maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a sealed container.
  2. Shake vigorously.

Recommended pairing

Green salad with dried cranberries, Feta cheese and roasted almonds.
